A purchase is missing

Open Card packs and choose Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple ID used to buy the pack. If it remains unavailable, confirm that the purchase appears in your App Store purchase history and contact support.

A purchase failed or was cancelled

No pack will unlock unless Apple confirms the purchase. Check your connection, payment method and Screen Time purchase restrictions, then try again. You will not be charged for a cancelled purchase.

A game will not resume

The app validates unfinished games at launch. If a save is damaged or incompatible, it removes only that unfinished game and keeps the card library usable. Start a new game from the home screen.

Remove local information

Open Settings and choose Clear local game data. This removes the unfinished game, player names, favourite prompts, seen-card history and mature-content acknowledgement. Purchases remain linked to your Apple ID.

Play safely

Every card is optional. Pass without explanation whenever a prompt is not right for the people or setting. Weirdly Close does not require drinking, physical contact or disclosure of private experiences.

Accessibility

Weirdly Close supports VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, increased contrast and Reduce Motion. If something is difficult to use with an accessibility setting, tell us what setting and screen were involved.
